LUV Institute Selects Artists for the Parade of Hearts Initiative

It is with great pleasure that we announce the lead artists for the 2021 Parade of Hearts (POH)! We received impressive applications from over twenty local artists, and after a diligent adjudication process, The POH Committee selected the eleven lead artists based on:

The highly skilled and conscientious lead artists represent and/or live in their assigned communities and are working tirelessly to bring their original designs to life and reflect each community’s “New Normal”.
