The Love, Unity & Values (LUV) Institute is a youth agency that specializes in career development and entrepreneurship for high risk, under-served youth between 11-24 years of age. With a strong commitment to our mission, we are striving to offset the impact of 75 million unemployed and underemployed young people entering adulthood by 2020 (McKinsey Global Institute, 2012).
While the needs of our youth have changed a great deal, the LUV Institute has matured to keep pace with these ever changing times to provide after school programs, job readiness, vocational skills development, entrepreneurship training, job placement, and other intensive supportive services to nearly 500 youth annually.
